New Zealand’s Snowberry Acquired by P&G

Naturals company is big in anti-aging skin care.

Procter & Gamble has acquired New Zealand-based skin care company Snowberry. Financial terms of the accord have not been released by either firm.   Snowberry, founded by cosmetician Soraya Hendesi, markets a range of skin care products that include anti-aging treatments, serums and moisturizers.
